INAUGURATION OF SEEHN REGIONAL HEALTH DEVELOPMENT CENTRE ON ACCREDITATION AND CONTINUOUS QUALITY IMPROVEMENT OF HEALTH CARE IN BELGRADE
The official inauguration of the Regional Health Development Centre on Accreditation and continuous quality improvement of health care in SEEHN and first RHDC Serbia National focal Points’ meeting will be held on 4-5 October 2012 in Belgrade (Serbia Palace, Bulevar Mihajla Pupina 2) organized by the Ministry of Health of Serbia and the Agency for Accreditation of Health Care Institutions of Serbia. In addition to inauguration, the associated workshop on patient safety supported by WHO will be also held.
Main speakers at the conference will be Prof Dr Slavica Äukić Dejanović, Minister of Health of Serbia, Dr Goran ÄŒerkez, Chair of Executive Committee of SEEHN, Mr. Nand Shani, Regional Cooperation Council, H.E. Mr. Vincent Degert, Head of the Delegation of the European Union to Serbia, Ms. Antje Rothemund, Head of the Council of Europe Office in Belgrade, Mr. Loup Brefort, Country manager of the World Bank in Serbia, Dr. Dorit Nitzan, Head of WHO Country Office in Serbia, Ms. Snezana Cicevalieva, WHO representative to the SEEHN, WHO/Europe and Dr. Snežana Manić, Director of AZUS.
Conference will be attended by the National health coordinators, nominated National Focal Point for accreditation and continuous quality improvement of health care and one more country expert in this field.
