Agency for Accreditation in cooperation with the Faculty of Medicine, University of Belgrade, will be able to offer next year twelve training modules for: self-assessment, external assessment, and development of quality improvement plans, patient safety and others.
Training of surveyors will provide the following skills and knowledge such as:
♦ Proper interpretation of standards for accreditation
♦ Getting familiar with the process of external evaluation
♦ Interviewing and perception skills
♦ Documentation reviewing
♦ Report writing
